Service:
While serving as Head of Design we organized and led a group of New York City-based designers — Other Means, Julia Schäfer, Dante Carlos, and Anna Kulachek — to reimagine a visual language for MoMA PS1 that could communicate the museum’s history and program, alongside it’s relationship with MoMA. The result is a bespoke typeface — drawn by Berton Hasebe — consisting of two weights: PS1 Sans, which is drawn in response to the institutions campus; and PS1 Serif, which draws inspiration from the city at large.
